There is a specific type of executive that organizations call when the situation is complex, the stakes are high, and getting it wrong is not an option. That is the role I have played as General Manager and Senior Commercial Director across Consumer Healthcare, FMCG, and Personal Care in Iberia and Latin America, with 25 years of growth and 10+ years of full P&L accountability. I operate equally comfortably owning a full P&L as General Manager and driving commercial transformation as a Senior Commercial Director within a large organization, because I have genuinely been both. My foundation was built at P&G across eleven years and six assignments, one of the most demanding commercial schools in the world. Senior leadership at Reckitt and Philips added the scale that shaped the executive I am today. Always in the field, leading from the trenches alongside the team. That proximity is how I read a business quickly, identify what is broken, and mobilize people around a plan that delivers. Results come through three levers: a customer-centric commercial model that puts market performance at the center of every investment decision, operational discipline that builds the systems and digital tools an organization needs to execute consistently, and people leadership that develops capability while the work gets done. Financial delivery is the outcome. These are the levers that produce it. At Reckitt Iberia, as Senior Commercial Director, I led the commercial transformation of one of the most complex OTC and Consumer Health portfolios in Southern Europe, owning 150 people across sales, medical detailing, trade marketing, and in-store execution. In Brazil, as General Manager, I delivered significant EBITDA growth and the first-ever financial breakeven of the Mead Johnson affiliate as Country Manager. At Transcoma, a family-owned holding, I led a business turnaround, won major new business with top-tier clients, and transitioned to a permanent successor with sector expertise.
