-In October 2024, Kroger Specialty Pharmacy was acquired by Elevance Health. As part of the Transition Services Agreement (TSA), I led a comprehensive infrastructure overhaul to transition Kroger Specialty Pharmacy’s legacy CPR+ pharmacy and shipping software to Elevance Health's EnterpriseRx platform, and Kroger Specialty Infusion to Paragon Health’s CareTend platform. -Coordinated with project managers and vendors to install new circuits, switches, end-user devices, shipping software, printers, and scanners. -Executed the transition with minimal disruption, ensuring seamless RX script processing and zero downtime.
-Led IT infrastructure operations and projects across multiple Central Fill sites, serving as the primary liaison between vendors and Kroger technology teams. Key initiatives included a pharmacy automation project supporting nationwide distribution, involving the configuration and maintenance of RHEL 9 servers integrated with over 100 robotic systems to facilitate seamless enterprise-wide data sharing. -Prepared and reviewed technical documentation, including firewalls, Active Directory accounts, vendor SSO integrations, and VPN configurations. -Oversaw and guided on-site contractors and interns, ensuring project objectives and the responsibilities outlined below were completed accurately and on schedule.
-Provided technical support for 1,800+ users nationwide, including imaging and deploying hardware for break/fix needs and new user setups. -Managed warehouse IT equipment and hardware, overseeing documentation, purchasing, and e-waste processes. -Installed and maintained equipment in on-site MDF, Demarc, and IDF closets.
