I am a Mechanical Engineering graduate (Dipl.-Ing.) with more than 15 years of leadership experience in technology- and investment-intensive industrial environments (semiconductors, pharmaceuticals, mechanical engineering). In my most recent roles, I have been responsible for annual investment programs ranging from €50M to €80M and have led international project and engineering teams of up to 25+ professionals. My focus areas include: - Building high-performing technical organizations - Managing complex multi-project portfolios - Ensuring delivery on time, cost, and quality targets - Production ramp-up and plant capability enhancement - Governance, reporting, and risk management structures I work in a structured and solution-oriented manner with a strong focus on execution. Currently, I serve as Head of Business Development & Transformation in a mid-sized company, leading organizational restructuring.
