In this role, I led customer management and deployment. I managed customer expectations, communications, customer business readiness, customer program development life cycle management. I managed customer requirements, configuration/migration timelines, QA and UA testing timelines, business readiness, production deployment and program budgets. I am proud to say I successfully launched the rollout of the project, within the perimeters of the program.
I collaborated with the Manager of Project Services in conjunction with operational managers to ensure the project delivery met the business case objectives of scope, budget, timeline, and quality. I applied project management best practices, policies, and procedures to all projects according to the SOCAN Project Management Framework while leveraging Microsoft's Project Server. I ensured project resources were trained and coached in respect to SOCAN's Framework. I anticipated, monitored, and resolved project issues, risks, and disputes; exercised initiative to solve problem and exercise judgment to leverage escalation channels. I monitored and reported project progress to the Project Steering Committee and other stakeholders. The project was delivered on time and within the budget.
For approximately a year, I monitored project risks and scope creep to identify potential problems and proactively identify solutions to address them in advance in order to reduce risk.
