Architected unified datasets to guide the quantum modeling team by structuring and analyzing process parameters for 3+ Direct Lithium Extraction (DLE) methods (adsorption, ion-exchange, nanofiltration, electrodialysis, etc.) Established a multi-scale system classification (Lab/Pilot/Industrial) to frame parameter ranges and benchmark performance for each implementation stage Conducted sensitivity analysis to quantify impact of key variables (e.g. brine composition, Mg/Li ratio, energy consumption) on lithium production cost, identifying that Li concentration and brine disposal drove ~80% of total cost variance Researched and compiled data from 10+ industrial DLE case studies, documenting metrics such as throughput (~50-1000 m3/h) and Li recovery rates (80%-97%+); marked confidence level for each input to facilitate more accurate quantum simulation study Developed 10+ process scenario models for DLE viability test under stress conditions (high temperature, low Li conc., low pH, etc.) Delivered validated datasets and a detailed technical memo to quantum modeling team, outlining recommended optimization targets
