As an Entrepreneur I must lead the company and define goals to be achieved. Therefore, I’m always thinking what new idea I can bring into the company to make our costumer’s life better, since our main goal is to offer a great product and service as cheap as possible. However, it’s not so easy to motivate the crew to buy those new ideas and make them happen, then, I use all my experience and empathy to build foundation and to give them direction to transform those projects and ideas to the combustive that the company needs to grow. As an English teachers, I prepare lesson plans and teach plans to the entire class, individually to students or in a small group, track student progress and present the information to parents or guardians, create tests, and reinforce classroom rules, work with school administration, prepare students for standardized tests, and manage students outside of the classroom, such as, school hallways, detention, etc.
