* Coordinate the daily management of human resources operations serving a workforce of approximately 1,000 regular employees and 300 extras * Provide administrative support by maintaining department and personnel files, assisting with the completion of employment forms, answering inquires regarding current job openings, issuing employee travel passports, maintaining I-9 information, electronic capture of team member disciplinary actions and tracking training records * Manage the recruitment process for management and non-management positions * Leader for all new hire orientation sessions * Attend various job fairs to reach out to prospective applicants
