About

As a leader of McKinsey’s industrials work across Central Europe and EEMA, I support regional champions and multinationals in the automotive and assembly, aerospace and defense, electronics, pharmaceutical, and other sectors. I focus on production innovations and operational improvements that enable clients to harness the benefits of digital disruption. Beyond this, I advise executives on strategy and lead teams in conducting rapid diagnostics, identifying sources of value, and tailoring delivery options, from initial proof-of-concept through to value assurance to full-scale transformations. Recent projects include designing digital transformations for industrial and automotive companies and managing a product cost-reduction program for a leading European OEM. Industry 4.0 is reshaping manufacturing through automation, machine connectivity, and advanced analytics. By optimizing global production networks, implementing cost programs, and enhancing operations from the shop floor to the supply chain, I help clients convert digital potential into measurable performance gains.
