• Sales and key account relation management in 5 countries (Greece, Bulgaria, Macedonia, Albania, Slovakia) including budgeting and forecasting. • Drive changes in route to market. • Contribute to sales management supporting the Commercial Lead in additional 7 countries (CE&Balkans). • Playing active role in Strategic Review and Business Planning. • Represent sales in crop teams placing advancement proposals and providing market information • Coach the commercial team in Salesforce.com use.
• Management of sales and sales team (5 persons) of CE&Balkans region (12 countries, direct and distributor markets) until December 2015. • Owning budget and forecast. • Develop strategic review of CE&Balkan. • Represent sales in crop teams placing advancement proposals and providing market information • Drive project of conversion of open pollinated pepper varieties to hybrid use on markets of Romania, Bulgaria, Serbia. • Collaborative work with Technology Development and Marketing Departments.

• Contribution to working out new subjects for MSc and BSc courses. • Giving lectures, planning and performing experiments, trials, taking part in international projects. • Managing profit delivering vegetable production projects (eg. chili pepper)at the experimental farm. • Management of foreign horticultural internships (UK, Italy, Spain, The Netherlands, Germany). • Professional management of the Horticultural Professional College. • Planning and coordination of establishment of new website (www.kert.szie.hu) • Management of events and exhibitions.
