About

Dr.Anders Osborne,Ph.D. Author | Speaker | ADHD Education Specialist Creator of the Thriving With ADHD™ System Dr.Anders Osborne,Ph.D. is an ADHD adult ,parent ,specialist, & educator, with 30 years of experience supporting families of ADHD youth and teens. She is the founder of Thriving With ADHD™ System . Her work focuses on helping parents understand how ADHD affects learning, executive function, emotional regulation, and social development across childhood and adolescence. Rather than offering quick fixes, she teaches structured, skill-based approaches that reduce conflict, build confidence, and support long-term growth. Dr.Anders Osborne,Ph.D. developed the Five Pillars framework — ConnectWell™ (Social Skills), OrganizeMe™ (Time & Structure), ImpulseMastery™ (Self-Control), FuelRight™ (Nutrition), and StudySmart™ (Test-Taking & Study Skills) — to provide families with practical, developmentally aligned strategies they can use at home and in school. Through decades of seminars, workshops, and direct work with families, I developed Life Skills for ADHD Youth and Teens. From this work emerged the Thriving With ADHD™ Framework — a comprehensive, skill-based model designed to help neurodivergent learners thrive rather than simply cope. The framework integrates five developmental pillars: • ConnectWell™ — Social Skills & Relationships • OrganizeMe™ — Executive Function & Structure • ImpulseMastery™ — Emotional Regulation • FuelRight™ — Nutrition & Regulation Support • StudySmart™ — Learning & Academic Success Today, my work centers on publishing, speaking, and developing educational resources through Thriving With ADHD™System, providing families and educators with practical systems that build confidence, independence, and long-term success for ADHD families. My approach is educational rather than clinical, emphasizing skill development, mentorship, and strengths-based growth across childhood and adolescence. I welcome connection with educators, school leaders, parent organizations, and institutions committed to improving outcomes for ADHD learners. Mission:Assembling the pieces between the non-divergent world and the brilliance of being ADHD — one family at a time.
