I am an Economics graduate from the University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee with international business experience from a student exchange program at Ajou University. My background combines analytical skills, cross-cultural communication, and hands-on aviation experience across airline, airport, and customer service operations. My aviation experience includes serving as a flight attendant with SkyWest Airlines, working line service at an FBO, and supporting ground operations as a ramp agent with Envoy Air. These roles have given me experience in safety, aircraft servicing, ground handling, and customer service while providing a broad understanding of airline and airport operations. As a private pilot and future aerospace management graduate student, I am passionate about aviation and eager to apply my background in economics, operations, and international business to help aviation organizations improve efficiency, safety, and growth.
