For more than 25 years, I have built and led businesses as CEO, founder and partner across technology, entrepreneurship and commercial real estate, both in Denmark and internationally. I have been involved in multiple growth journeys, including IPO processes, acquisitions, and building scalable business models. In 2010, I founded ordnung with the ambition of creating a smarter and more flexible way for companies of all sizes to work professionally. Today, ordnung is Denmark’s leading privately owned premium workspace provider, operating 11 locations across Copenhagen, serving +300 tenant companies with +3,000 employees. My focus remains on long-term growth, strong customer experiences, efficient operations and building businesses that adapt to how people work today. My experience includes leadership, M&A, business development, commercial strategy, and sales & marketing.
Founded ordnung in 2010 with the ambition of redefining flexible workspaces in Copenhagen through premium office environments, hospitality-driven service and scalable operations. Initiated and co-founded Denmark’s first industry association for flexible workspace operators, based on the belief that a fast-growing sector benefits from collaboration, shared standards and a common voice. Today, the association connects 18+ Danish operators through networking, knowledge exchange, and representation in both Danish and European industry forums. Through this role, I also serve as Danish board representative in the European Workspace Association (EWA), contributing to collaboration and industry development across European markets.
Chairman and Partner of AL Copenhagen (formerly inCaptiva ApS), a specialized consultancy supporting SMEs with ESG, sustainability, climate initiatives and ISO 14001 implementation. Originally founded as a digital consultancy, the business has evolved over time into a focused advisory platform helping companies create clarity, set direction and execute measurable sustainability initiatives.
Founded exoffice as a new Copenhagen business lounge concept for professionals on the move - combining workspace, meeting rooms and café hospitality in a central city location. Unlike traditional office solutions, exoffice was designed for flexible day-use, mobile working and short-term professional needs.
Co-founded CrossWorkers Egypt to connect international businesses with highly skilled professionals within IT software development, customer service and business process outsourcing (BPO).
