- Comprehensive initial evaluation, from a user's perspective, of the UI/UX experience and flow. - With the idea of company's financial long-term stability in mind, and the new addition/acquisition of application features, I narrowed my focus to identifying essential, actionable improvements that could be made, and built off of user metrics to build out a measurement plan for evaluating new implementations for the mobile app. - Specifically, components of onboarding and streamlining for the application's subscription services became a clear priority, in addition to internal code refactoring recommendations
