Strategic change leader with extensive experience driving enterprise transformation, portfolio management, and operating model development on a global scale. Portfolio management for Ingka groups transformation portfolio. In addition to portfolio management also leading different overarching enterprise planning and transformation management initiatives and topics to simplify and strengthen both our planning and execution capabilities.
Leadership of strategic special projects focused on both internal development such as supplier and digital sourcing strategy, operating model development and cost and performance optimisation. I also worked closely with external partners and suppliers on joint explorations to accelerate our digital transformation and ability to leverage supplier capabilities and innovations. In this role I also acted as the Chief Liason Officer between Group Digital and Group Procurement and worked closely with e.g category managers and other senior leaders across the group functions to align our agendas and strengthen the engagement model and business partnership.
Leadership and subject matter expert in various initiatives and activities related to the digital transformation and business steering of IKEAs digital operations and development portfolio. In this role I have successfully both driven continous improvements in the role as process leader and project manager, and more tranformational change efforts such as leading the group digital strategy and designing the new digital operating model.
