As the CEO of Anti-Doping Norway and Chair of the Board of the Institute of National Anti-Doping Organisations (iNADO), I am dedicated to developing our staff, strengthening the professional foundation of our work, and ensuring sustainable growth in the organization's economy. As a top executive, I focus on seeking opportunities to foster development and build organizations. I can demonstrate strong results through a strategic approach to advancing the mission of my organization. I have led initiatives that have significantly advanced the integrity of sports in Norway and internationally. Some of the achievements that I am proud of include: - Founding member of the Board of the Norwegian Athlete Association - Establishing Anti-Doping Norway as the National Anti-Doping Organisation in Norway - Initiator of an umbrella organization for National Anti-Doping Organisations, currently iNADO - Founder of anti-doping programs at fitness centers - Securing long-term government funding for preventive programs for youth in collaboration with Norwegian counties - Building the Nordic unit for the biological passport (NAPMU) - Ensuring certification programs for sports clubs and federations - Initiating the human rights process which led to the Council of Europe, Committee of Ministers, adopting Recommendations for Fair Proceedings in anti-doping My leadership at Anti-Doping Norway has been marked by a commitment to strategic management, innovation, and collaboration. As a former football player for clubs including Vålerenga, I have learned that it is the work ahead of us that we can make a difference.     As CEO I am responsible for the day-to-day management, including strategies, planning and reporting, of Anti-Doping Norway. I report to the Board of the organisation. Anti-Doping Norway has approx. 30 full time employees, 60 part-time employees and an annual budget of approx 60 million NOK.
