Starting March 23, 2020, as incoming President and CEO for S&C Electric Company in Greater Chicago area with May 1 as official start date. S&C Electric Company is a 100% employee owned company which serves the Electric Power Industry with complete and innovative solutions for Grid Resilience and Optimization by Electric Utilities, and Grid Connection for Power Generators and Power Users. Was appointed in November 2019, as Regional Manager for ABB Power Grids North America and Country Managing Director for ABB Power Grids USA, continue to work to lead the Power Grids business in North America including ongoing carve-out process for creating announced JV with Hitachi. Assumed the roles of Lead Division Manager North America and Local Division Manager US for the newly created Power Grids Division on January 1, 2016. The Power Grids Division was formed by merging the Power Systems and Power Product Divisions, creating one Division focus on the Power Grids customers. His previous role was President and Division Manager for the Power Systems Division in North America from May 1, 2010 to December 31, 2015. Other positions held include Senior Vice President & General Manager for the Grid Systems and Substations Business Units within the Power Systems Division in North America. Anders first joined ABB in 1991, as a Business Trainee in Sweden. Since then he has held numerous management positions within the Power Systems and Power Product divisions, including CFO for the Power Systems division and High Voltage Products business. He has worked in Sweden, Spain, Brazil and at ABB's corporate headquarters in Zurich, Switzerland. Anders Sjoelin (Sjölin) is a graduate of Sweden's University of Lund. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Strategical Analysis. Anders is based in Raleigh, North Carolina.
