NCSA helps connect high school athletes with college coaches through an online recruiting process. NCSA is one of the largest online recruiting networks for both college coaches and high school athletes. My role is with Inside Sales, where I speak with families and explain how NCSA can help with their son or daughter's recruiting process. My role primarily focuses on rapport building, transparency, communication skills, and customer service. • Demonstrated exceptional skills in sales for the sports management industry by coordinating, on average, 340 enrollments annually, valued at approximately $500,000 in membership revenue. • Out of a team of 400 sales coordinators, recognized as a Company Top 30 performer in annual enrollments. • Became only the fifth Senior Sales Recruiting Coordinator in NCSA history to accumulate 3,500 career enrollments. • Displayed strong communication skills by educating families on the recruiting process for college athletics and helping families understand how NCSA can assist with their student athletes’ sports recruiting.

Worked as an Operations Intern for the Kansas City Crusaders. The Kansas City Crusaders are a non-profit organization that raises awareness for Kansas City businesses and charities through professional golf. The Crusaders hosted a Web.com Tour professional golf tournament called the Digital Ally Open. This tournament is also a PGA Tour sanctioned event. • Demonstrated event planning skills as a member of the operations team responsible for planning a PGA-sanctioned golf tournament, the Digital Ally Open, which drew 25,000 spectators. • Performed the following responsibilities: supply management of golf carts, ice machines, a helicopter that carried the trophy for the tournament winner, trailers, and other supplies. • Engaged in and coordinated manual labor related to painting and event set-up.
