My team and I develop, qualify and validate procedures to measure critical quality attributes for various enzyme replacement therapies, and monoclonal antibody programs. My team of 11 focuses on various analytical technologies, for example: chromatography with UV, MS and fluorescent detection, 1D and 2D Gel electrophoresis, iso-electric focusing, and various colorimetric assays.
My team and I developed, qualified and validated procedures to measure critical quality attributes for various enzyme replacement therapies, and monoclonal antibody programs. My team has varied from 3-5 direct reports over the years.
