With over 18 years of experience in various technical projects and industrial companies, I have honed my skills in project management, strategy, and execution. My journey includes 8 years as a professional project manager for exploration drilling and larger construction projects. In 2021, I took on the role of General Manager at Greve Biogass AS and Den Magiske Fabrikken, Norway's second-largest biogas producer. During my tenure, I successfully led the company through a strategic overhaul and restructuring process. Since 2022, I have been responsible for building Hafslund's onshore wind portfolio as Head of Onshore Wind. Additionally, I serve as General Manager for Eidsiva Hafslund Vind DA, a joint venture focused on onshore wind project development. My expertise spans strategy, finance, and project execution, enabling me to thrive in cross-disciplinary environments. I adopt a holistic and risk-based approach to all technical projects, ensuring comprehensive and effective solutions. I am proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel and MS Projects, and have experience with Python and GIS software such as ArcGIS/QGIS

To be able to meet future requirements in wastewater treatment and increased population growth, a new wastewater treatment plant needs to be constructed in Horten. The new WWTP will have a capacity of 40.000 PE. The project is in the planning phase and aim to enter the pre-construction phase in 2021.

Project leader during planning and follow up of Equinor (Statoil) exploration wells on behalf of asset management. Responsible for delivery of project milestones as well preparation, feasibility, concept selection and detailed planning. Follow up of exploration wells during execution. Work tasks include establish work schedules, identify and initiate work on time-critical elements, ensure drilling objectives & drilling location, a cost efficient data acquisition program, recommend and approve applications and reports. Identification of top project risks and ensure risks are communicated and understood in the line of the organisation. As a part of focus on continuous improvement and increased efficiency I was involved in updating well preparation governing documents within the company.
Planning and follow up of exploration drilling operations. HSE & Risk responsible for planning and execution of two drilling campaigns in the Barents Sea (West Hercules 2013, Transocean Spitsbergen 2014). Work tasks related to HSE&Q, drilling, risk assessment, rig supervision, rig audits/verifications, rig winterization, emergency preparedness and contingency planning. Specialization in Arctic/cold climate region. Planning and follow up of exploration drilling operations related to environment.
