- HR Team coordination for Cluj site (5 people) - IT Recruitment - Performance management - HR Admin, Payroll & Reporting - People Development
- Provide assistance to managers in all related human resources issues/hiring, on boarding, exit interviews, stay in interviews - Develop HR policies and procedures to assure compliance with internal/ legal requests; - HR Admin, Payroll & Reporting for all Cluj employees (250 employees in scope) - Site Recruiter for Cluj Shared Services (set up sourcing strategies, conduct interviews, prepare short list of candidates)
- Plan and assist different Employer Branding projects (key events; university partnerships; sponsorship requests; job shops; open days event) - Proceed with Employment/Promotion/Transfer/Termination - Implement internal projects/processes - Job Rotation; internship; research programs - Ensure legislation is respected for IT employees & provide all needed information - SAP Data processing – all processes required in the HR Field - Legal support for Site closure and collective dismissal
- Provide HR related support to all direct population - Administrative related activities like: contracts, hiring/dismissal procedures, planning holidays, delivering meal tickets and pay slips - Actively participate at disciplinary meetings, preparing all necessary documents, supporting managers in their decision. - Coordinate the evaluation processes - Absenteeism - Employee engagement (support annual employee satisfaction survey)
