Over the past 6.5 years at Takeda Pharmaceuticals, I have held diverse roles within the Data, Digital & Technology organization across communications, engagement, and culture. My experience spans transformation in complex, global environments, with a focus on driving alignment, adoption, and organizational effectiveness. I combine strategic thinking with a pragmatic, hands-on approach and a strong drive to turn ideas into impactful outcomes. I have designed and led initiatives that bring people together, strengthen alignment across teams, and support the adoption of new ways of working. As I plan my return to Belgium, I am looking forward to a new challenge where I can continue to build meaningful connections and drive impact.
Culture & Transformation Leadership • Define and drive the culture strategy for a global DD&T organization (1,200+ employees across 7 countries), aligning initiatives with business priorities and engagement insights • Establish and lead a global Culture & Values program, mobilizing a network of 170+ volunteers (incl. core team of 7) to deliver impact through influence without formal authority • Lead the “Integrating Culture, Values & DE&I” workstream within the Workforce of the Future program, embedding culture into organizational design and modern ways of working Global Programs & Initiatives • Design and launch a global Cultural Exchange Program end-to-end, strengthening cross-site collaboration and cultural integration • Create and lead a global awards program, including governance, evaluation, and delivery across 7 countries • Design and lead global, multi-location initiatives, ensuring consistent execution and strong employee experience Design Thinking & Innovation • Design and roll out a global Design Thinking learning strategy, including curriculum development and facilitation • Represent Takeda in the Global SUGAR Network, acting as liaison and coach to student teams and strengthening external innovation partnerships
Selected for international assignment to support launch of new ‘Innovation Capability Center’ in Bengaluru, India. • Owned and coordinated key workstreams for the ICC office opening event, including planning and delivering core elements of the launch. Additionally, contributed by developing executive content and supporting high-visibility engagement moments • Led the local rollout of the Culture & Values program in a newly established site, adapting global frameworks to the Indian context and bridging cultural differences between teams to strengthen collaboration and mutual understanding
