I am an event project management specialist with 7 years of experience working in international environments, organizing healthcare congresses, meetings, and events across Europe. I began my career supporting European and Global medical associations in their day-to-day operations, while coordinating annual congresses and scientific meetings. For the past 4.5 years, I have been working for the German event agency, Proske, supporting the Amgen Congress Team in the planning and execution of their participation at major European congresses. My core areas of expertise include event logistics, budget management, stakeholder management, and healthcare compliance. Since 2026, I have been working on a contract basis from Northern Portugal, continuing to support international healthcare and congress projects in dynamic, multicultural environments.
Acting as an extension of Amgen’s Global Congress Team in Europe, I currently: • Lead end-to-end project management for international medical congresses, including timelines, budgets, vendor management, and cross-functional coordination. • Organize internal meetings, symposia, advisory boards, KOL engagements, and hospitality suites for both congress-linked and stand-alone events. • Serve as the central liaison between the client, internal teams, and third-party vendors and agencies. • Support the delivery and continuous improvement of congress communications and participation processes. • Oversee vendor sourcing, selection, and contract negotiations to ensure high-quality, compliant, and cost-effective event solutions. • Ensure compliance for all HCP interactions, including travel and hospitality, and maintain complete documentation for audits. • Supervise on-site execution, including venue setup, participant management, and real-time problem-solving. • Manage multi-event budgets, track expenses and savings, reconcile projects, and report cost variances. In my role as a senior project manager, I also organize and deliver internal trainings, work on improving and optimizing processes and advise colleagues on best practices.
