Coaches and supports Managers, Superintendents and Team Leaders in the Performance Management process. • Promotes awareness, provides guidance, and identifies opportunities to improve compliance with Legislated Programs, policies, and processes, such as Human Rights, Conflict of Interest, Labour Relations, and Grievances. Effectively identifies risks and opportunities and develop effective solutions and action plans. • Workforce Planning and strategies. • Works closely with team leaders and local union and promotes the day-to-day application of Collective Agreements, policies, and directives.
