Hi there! I’m Ana Teresa Black Veino — a bilingual (English/Spanish) Talent & Organizational Development strategist with a passion for building workplaces where clarity, inclusion, and continuous growth aren’t just buzzwords… they’re baked into the process. My path has taken me from the classroom, to HR leadership, to my current role in corporate process strategy. No matter the title, the same themes keep pulling me in: leadership development, employee engagement, change management, and creating systems that actually help people do their best work. That’s the heart of Organizational Development, and it’s the lens I bring into every role. Along the way, I’ve: Designed and launched a cohort-based management development program grounded in adult learning theory Built a Growth-Centric Talent Review process to identify and develop high-potential talent Led the training strategy for a nationwide HRIS implementation impacting 3,700 employees Redesigned onboarding and performance frameworks to create scalable, growth-minded systems ✨ What drives me: • Creating cultures that value learning, mistakes, and momentum • Making growth accessible for bilingual, bicultural, and neurodivergent professionals • Bridging the gap between process and people so systems unlock potential I believe Organizational Development isn’t just a function—it’s the heartbeat of how people and organizations thrive. If you’re exploring OD, leadership, or how to make work more human, I’d love to connect. 💬
