Initiated client intake as first point-of-contact for employees, students, and guests at TPZ, an educational nonprofit providing underserved Boston teens with afterschool STEAM classes, career mentorship, entrepreneurial training, and an innovation lab. Streamlined administrative workflow of Senior VP of Operations, managed student data, and facilitated TPZ’s communications.
Authored a review about cutting-edge UAV technology and modern warfare, focusing on AI and fiber optic drone capabilities. Developed an online tracker monitoring the Golden Dome initiative and legislative advancements. Liaised with internal & external partners to advance missile defense policy creation and implementation. Conduct daily research on global missile threat and defense strategies, sharing insights on MDAA social media platforms. Monitored congressional committee activity (Armed Services, Foreign Affairs, & Appropriations); drafting and circulating same-day memos on key developments.
Administered the Consulate’s calendar and appointment system, directing communications by phone and email, overseeing the execution of consular services, concerning power of attorney documents, military deferments, and visa and passport applications. Processed and verified documentation for Schengen, National Study, Digital Nomad, and Financially Independent visas, and for renewing or applying for Greek passports. Handled secure exchanges of visas and passports in compliance with consular protocol. Advised prospective travelers on the regulatory framework governing entry to Greece and the Schengen area, evaluating citizenship status, travel history and visa classification to ensure compliance with immigration law.
Synthesized foreign policy directives important to United States interests in the Eastern Mediterranean, attending several briefings in Washington D.C. to engage with State Department officials, foreign government officials, and the National Security Council. Engaged in diplomatic dialogue with government officials and community leaders in Greece and Cyprus. Integrated international and foreign policy developments to inform U.S. regional strategy. Met with the President of the Republic of Cyprus and the ministers of Defense, Energy, and Diaspora of both countries to advance bilateral defense and energy cooperation. Executed on-the-ground assessment of U.S. and NATO military operations, visiting strategically significant sites, including the UN buffer zone in Cyprus, NATO Missile Firing Installation, NSA Souda Bay, to evaluate defense capabilities.
Drafted and published weekly full-length and daily short articles posted online at the ENSPIRE Magazine Wordpress, developing knowledge of the newsroom editing and publishing processes. Engaged with uplifting topics and stories that united communities and covered events through the core values of positivity and inspiration. Focused on attracting readers by using SEO keywords and photos within the articles posted. Executed communications with sources and community figures through emails and interviews and completed articles with supplemental research.
