With the wider team we transformed Palexpo's 99'800 m2 into the Laver Cup venue. The tournament hosted 17'200 tennis fans in a purpose-built arena, hosted 2'500 VIP hospitality guests and presented 12 of the best men’s tennis players from Europe and the World. • Managed 100% event overlaying, concept development, design and implementation in public, hospitality and BoH areas. • Oversaw pricing, concept development, design layout and onsite installation for sponsors' activations and F&B public offer. • Fostered and managed relationships with multiple stakeholders in an international environment across 3 time zones (EU, USA, AUS). • Key-liaison between venue, merch, suppliers, design agencies and contractors. • Close monitoring of shipping, logistics, built in & out, operational and production timelines.
