Hi I'm Ana 👋 - millennial mom, wife, daughter, podcast host, social impact leader, and storyteller exploring what it really takes to build a meaningful career. I host At Work With - a podcast for people building careers, businesses, and lives that nobody in their family did before them. Not the polished version. The real one. I talk to founders, executives, and changemakers about the pivots nobody posts about, the doubts that don't make the highlight reel, and what it actually takes to build something meaningful while showing up for the rest of your life. Guests have included senior Amazon leaders, CEOs, entrepreneurs, and social impact pioneers - and the one thing they all have in common is that their path looked nothing like the plan. I came to this the long way round. West London. Working-class family. Immigrant parents who believed education was the way out. Chartered Engineer. McLaren. Jaguar Land Rover. Then Amazon, leading UK charity partnerships and building programmes that connect corporate resources with real non-profit impact. Somewhere along the way I realised the career I'd built looked impressive from the outside and complicated from the inside - and that nobody was talking honestly about that gap. So I started the podcast. I write about it too - on LinkedIn and Substack - because the second-gen kid navigating their first boardroom, and the founder building something on a Sunday morning while their family eats breakfast without them, deserve content that doesn't perform success at them. Topics I explore: working parenthood · career development · non-linear career paths · leadership identity · work-life integration · purpose-driven work · podcast storytelling · thought leadership · corporate-charity partnerships · lived experience 📩 Open to collaborations, podcast guests, speaking opportunities, moderating panels, facilitating workshops, and meaningful conversations about work, purpose, and the paths we choose. 🎙️ Listen to At Work With Ana on Spotify, Apple Podcasts, and YouTube. 🍊 Substack: https://substack.com/@amerch All views my own.
Most career stories are edited. At Work With… isn’t. This podcast explores the human side of work through honest conversations with leaders across business, culture, and impact. Focusing on what actually shaped their careers and not just the highlights. Expect real talk, personal reflection, and practical insight - without jargon, ego, or polished answers. One conversation. One honest takeaway. Every episode.

Working primarily in the all-aluminium body shop as a manufacturing engineer producing the all new Range Rover and Range Rover Sport.
