I recently completed a double degree in Strategic Management from Aalto University School of Business and International Management through the CEMS program. My experience since then has spanned three different worlds: a startup, an industry, and a consultancy. What ties it all together is that I am drawn to problems that require you to step back and think before you act. I see myself as a problem solver first, and that mindset has served me across operations, circular economy, strategy, and client advisory work. These days my interests are firmly in strategy, sustainability, and circular economy. I find the questions at that intersection genuinely exciting: how do you build something that lasts, grows, and does less harm at the same time? I am looking to contribute to organizations and projects where those questions matter.
Worked with KONE's circularity and MOD offering teams on end-of-lifecycle recovery strategies to close the loop on material flows. Conducted cross-industry benchmarking to identify best practices and develop actionable recommendations for enhancing circular economy initiatives within the organization.
Worked primarily with maritime industry clients on transformation and governance projects, delivering strategic recommendations and driving problem solving across multiple engagements. - Led data analysis and modeling to identify development opportunities and support client decision-making on transformation initiatives - Developed board-level reports and presentations with strategic insights, translating complex analyses into clear recommendations for executive leadership - Designed governance models for clients, structuring organizational frameworks and decision-making processes to improve operational efficiency
Served as event planner on the board, where I organized professional development events and networking opportunities for students. Led the Nest workshop series from concept to execution, coordinating speakers and delivering hands-on skill development sessions.
Collaborated with KONE on a strategic business project focused on environmental sustainability, acting in the role of external consultants. The project was part of the CEMS Master in International Management (MIM) program and involved working closely with KONE stakeholders to address real-world sustainability challenges.
