- Obtained patient vitals, administered vaccines, and conducted basic tests for COVID-19, flu, and strep throat - Collected information about patient condition and symptoms to convey to physician prior to visit - Verified patient medical records and insurance claims, analyzed patient bloodwork for abnormalities, and scheduled follow-up visits at specialty centers
