I'm a 4th year Psychology Honours student at Christ (Deemed to be University), Delhi NCR, working toward a career in clinical psychology. Over the course of my degree, I've studied the core areas of psychology, from assessment and research methods to cognition and psychopathology. I'm currently building on this through independent reading in clinical frameworks, with the aim of applying it in therapeutic practice. I also spent my first three years studying English along with Psychology, with coursework in culture studies, Indian and British literature, and film studies. It's given me a close-reading sensibility, attention to context, subtext, and motive, that carries over into how I approach behaviour and human experience. I'm looking to connect with people working in clinical psychology and mental health, and to explore opportunities in therapy and applied clinical work as I move toward practicing in this space.
Supported the technical operations of the Psychology Association, for seminars and workshops. Adapted quickly to new and unfamiliar technical roles, demonstrating an aptitude for problem-solving in fast-paced situations. Communicated effectively with both student committees and faculty to resolve challenges and ensure the smooth delivery of in-person and online events. Through these efforts, contributed to creating a reliable and engaging environment for department events.
Actively engaged as a member of Scripta Cordis Literary Club under the Department of English, I contribute to club publications and support the organization of events. I am involved with the club’s Book Club, regularly attending sessions dedicated to the critical discussion and appreciation of diverse literary works. Through consistent participation, thoughtful analysis, and constructive dialogue, I demonstrate a strong commitment to literary enrichment and collaborative growth.
As an active member of the Inkwell Literary Society, I contribute to the creative and design efforts that support the society’s literary and cultural initiatives. In addition, I serve on the Documentation Team, where I am responsible for preparing reports, maintaining records, and curating content for events.
Engaged in the Millennium Fellowship 2025, a global program for leadership development and social impact.
The Maithri Wing is the environmental sustainability division of the Centre for Social Action (CSA) at Christ (Deemed to be University), Delhi NCR. I had the opportunity to promote ecological awareness and sustainable practices, fostering a culture of environmental responsibility within the university community.
