I’m an aspiring Product Manager with hands-on experience in product execution, UX thinking, and front-end development, currently working as a Junior Product Associate. My journey into product wasn’t linear. I started in tele-sales and field sales, which gave me a strong understanding of customer pain points and real-world business constraints. Over time, I transitioned into technology and product roles, where I now work closely with designers, engineers, and stakeholders to turn user needs into reliable, usable product experiences. In my current role, I support end-to-end product execution—contributing to requirement gathering, PRDs, UAT, workflow validation, documentation, and feature rollouts. I enjoy working close to real users and systems, identifying edge cases, and helping teams ship features that work well in production. I come from a front-end development background, which helps me bridge design intent and technical implementation and think deeply about usability and user experience. Outside of work, I’m building DreamSync, a community initiative supporting individuals with care experience. This keeps me grounded in empathy-driven problem solving and reminds me why thoughtful products matter. I’m looking to grow in junior product roles (Product Associate, Product Operations, or Associate PM) where I can continue learning, take ownership, and contribute to building user-centric, scalable products.
