As a Customer Success Manager I lead the below initiatives by leveraging patented technologies; - Managing a portfolio of 30+ leading Bank & NBFCs with a revenue under management of USD 1.5 million - Maintaining strong stakeholder connections with leading banks and NBFCs aligned with the company's customer success initiatives. - Continuously monitoring and identifying trends to increase platform adoption thereby achieving maximum productivity. - Addressing and triaging customer queries / concerns with internal teams such as support, solution consultants and operations to provide resolutions. - Understanding customer business matrix in order to deliver quarterly business reviews showcasing milestones achieved, business reliability and expansion / upsell opportunities.
