A digital transformation consulting company of the WPP Group, where I worked on national and global contexts for companies in different segments. Main Projects: • End-to-end design of a loyalty program app for Martins, one of the largest wholesale chains in Brazil, increasing adoption rate and user satisfaction. • Strengthened Vallourec’s operational efficiency by delivering two main solutions focused on managing and predicting problems in the production chain, helping reduce industrial planning time by 84% and supporting over 200 users daily. • Worked strategically for DSM-Firmenich, a global leader in animal health and nutrition solutions, on a global-scale project, developing an intelligent assistant using data-driven insights and AI to support decision-making and productivity in agribusiness. Responsabilities: • Led a Design Chapter of 10 designers, supporting career development, mentoring, and fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment. • Designed and delivered end-to-end digital solutions, from discovery to prototyping, delivery and impact tracking. • Conducted user research and continuous discovery, with usability testing, user interviews, surveys and behavioral analytics. • Collaborated, as a part of agile teams, with POs, PMs, Developers and other leaderships in building product strategies, roadmaps and ensuring the quality and iteration of delivery cycles. • Facilitated co-creation sessions, workshops and design sprints with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. • Acted as a strategic partner in low-maturity environments, aligning design practices with business needs and educating stakeholders on design impact.
