I have spent more than 25 years working in sourcing, supply chain, quality, and operations across Latin America, Asia Pacific, Africa, and North America. During that time, I have participated in hundred of supplier development initiatives, business transformations, new product launches, new factory launches, organizational growth, and operational turnarounds. What fascinates me most is why performance flows in some organizations, and not in others. Why? Over the years, I have come to believe that the answer is rarely found in processes alone. It emerges at the intersection of systems, culture, trust, and leadership. That is where my curiosity continues to take me.
