Lead and build a high-performing Global L&D Centre of Excellence (CoE) and team. Lead a culture of continuous learning and growth within the L&D team and with business leaders across the organization. Ensure strategic alignment of the L&D Roadmap and Talent Roadmap with DLL’s People, Talent and organizational strategies. Build strategic and future-proof capabilities and skills for the Global L&D team and for DLL through partnership with HRBPs and business leaders. Liaise with key strategic partners, including HRBPs, GBU Leaders and other Centers of Excellence at DLL. Ensure the design, development and delivery of learning programs and learning experiences is aligned with organisational goals and Global L&D best practices and quality standards. Manage and track the GlobalL&D budget. Collaborate with department heads and members to identify learning needs and skills gaps. Evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives and related activities. Continuously research best practices and innovation in learning and development to ensure our L&D offer is best-in-class and future-proof.
Conduct learning needs assessments to understand business and end user knowledge and skills gaps. Partner with clients across industries in the design of a sustainable learning and development roadmap. Advise and coach business leaders and end users in the codesign of meaningful and transformational learning experiences (e.g., micro-learning, elearning, blended learning and f2f workshops). Build organizational capabilities on digital skills and immersive technologies Assess impact of learning and development initiatives across functions and end-users.
Lead and build the global Learning Hub team, including 2 Learning experience designers, 1 LMS product owner, and external consultants Lead, develop, and deliver ISP’s Future-proof Digital Learning Strategy & People Partner with key stakeholders to drive, embed and develop the Digital Strategy, including the Digital Learning Offer for teachers, school leaders and staff Lead and establish the shift towards agile processes and structures to support scalability, efficiencies, and growth Lead the shift from traditional training to learner-focused experience design
