Worked closely with senior leaders across IT and Corporate Communications to drive enterprise transformation, focusing on how people adopt change, shift behaviors, and align around new ways of working across a global organization of 30,000+ employees. Led a large-scale transformation (1,700 employees), supporting teams through the transition by combining clear communication, engagement, and practical adoption strategies. Helped translate complex technology and digital initiatives into something people could understand, relate to, and apply in their day-to-day work. Partnered with leadership to ensure clarity, alignment, and consistent execution, leading to a significant increase in engagement and adoption (from ~20% to over 90%). Built the structures and rhythms (governance, KPIs, engagement networks) needed to sustain momentum, reinforce cultural change, and make the transformation stick over time.
Strategic Transition & Executive Development (Switzerland) Relocated from Spain to Switzerland and navigated a full cultural, linguistic, and professional transition while parenting two young children full time. • Completed a Master’s degree in International Management at FHNW (University of Applied Sciences Northwestern Switzerland), aligning my career with the Swiss and international corporate landscape. • Studied German and immersed in the local business environment to ensure full integration and long-term adaptability. • Used this phase intentionally to reassess professional direction, upgrade strategic leadership skills, and prepare for senior-level reentry.
