Supported Rabat Région Mobilité teams in designing and implementing the first Sustainable Urban Mobility Plan (SUMP) for the Rabat metropolitan area. Coordinated the cooperation between Grand Lyon and Rabat, facilitating knowledge exchange and expert collaboration. Key achievements include organizing a multidisciplinary workshop that brought together 8 experts and 70 French and Moroccan students to explore active mobility design in 4 expanding city centers, and contributing to the implementation of the SUMP Mobility Observatory.
Contribution to studies related to mobility and environnemental topics in Paris and its metropolitan area such as : - Car park evolution in Paris - Social and economical impact of Low Emission Zone implemented in the greater paris area - Circular economy in the metropole northeast construction sites My role is to produce and analyze various types of data on urban development and management to build territorial strategies and to help public policy making.
Writing how-to manuals for the in-house software managing the water sales Training sessions
Focused on improving the living conditions of the poorest by giving an access to water, the project provides a water network in squatter areas, works on firefighting, waste management, hygiene and sanitation raising actions. My contribution to the project: - in charge of the new software managing the water fee collections (training and audit of the local teams, mediator between Eau & Vie global strategy and local operational processes needs, implementation in the Philippines and in Bangladesh) - support of the local teams, Program Manager & Operations Officer regarding operational processes I gained experienced in: - Project Management - Training & communication within intercultural teams - Finance & accounting - Urban services management (water, waste, sanitation) into urban depressed areas
- In charge of the urban integration of the metro line 16 infrastructures, I designed urban spaces dealing with both technical aspects (altimetry, sanitation and maintenance issues) and architectural concerns. The approach took care of the social and political environment as well as now and future uses of spaces integrating environmental issues. I adopted a interdisciplinary point of view to work with engineers (EGIS teams), architects and Société du Grand Paris managing the whole project - Urban spaces design's drawing, technical reports, water structures (retention and infiltration volumes) sizing - Development of a tool for helping leading consultation processes (questionnaires' elaboration) - Master's dissertation about the practises and prospects of urban design, including a reflexion on consultation processes.
