As a bilingual trainer in ESL, as an artist and past gallery director I look for creative people with whom to collaborate... I also have the honor of curating the work of a chosen number of artists, among them feu Bernard Vidal, Officer in the French Order of the Arts and Letters, a title conferred by the Minister of Culture of France. As a bilingual writer since childhood I work in many styles and can translate or proof the works of others in English or French. Arts Management of intimate arts center in Neuchâtel. Five arts represented: fine, performing, street, artisanal, the word in all its forms & modern techniques in graphics, installation and video. Objectives: 1) Provide exhibit space for talented, unknown artists as well as known artists from all over the world 2) Focus on the arts used in coaching, as Therapy or as a means of helping people with no further unemployment benefits, with health, disability or past "excesses" in drugs or alcohol to reintegrate the workforce, gain motivation and self-acceptance 3) Create an intimate and appropriate, esthetic atmosphere for women's support groups 4) Support the performance arts such as story-telling, poetry readings and signature parties for new writers and artists, multi-arts installations with performance arts. Ran for office locally 2 fois. Prepped, and with artist Kesh, decorated the fisherman's cabin on the port to increase awareness of natural resource protection. Set up and take down stands in Neuchâtel.

This is an on-going project in which I develop and implement both ESL & management training, as well as coaching in SME. In-house assessments are provided prior to short term mandates in enterprises. The coaching programs are unique, art-based systemic tools for individuals and teams,to enhance communication, develop clarity and team spirit in joint project development or in finding options and solutions to recurring difficulties or downsizing issues.
