I also automated the monthly results book using Power Query, reducing manual work by 95% and eliminating repetitive adjustments across reports now used in executive closing presentations and cost variance analysis. I’m currently developing a KPI framework in Power BI to identify performance gaps and business opportunities, while automating forecasting workflows through Think-Cell integrated presentations. In parallel, I’m implementing AI solutions within the FP&A team to streamline financial processes, enhance analytical productivity, and support faster, data-driven decisions. Previously, at Red Bull Brazil, I worked on nationwide commercial analytics, developing dashboards, KPI frameworks, pricing analyses, distributor performance models, channel investment evaluations, and executive reports that supported commercial and regional leadership. Promoted to national scope after one year in a regional role, taking on commercial investment analysis and strategic pricing across all distribution channels in Brazil.
