COficab Quality: Incoming Inspection : with handling and control of raw materials such as PVC, Copper, Dyes, Finished Product. *Treatment of Non-Conforming material, with claims and alerts to suppliers. *Follow up of corrective actions with suppliers through scheduled visits. *External audits to Copper supplier, and follow up to corrective actions. *Control of first samples and auditable documentation of raw material releases. *Process-Product audits. *Follow-up to technical specification updates and control plans. * 2021: Quality Cordinator In charge of 4 engineers and 5 technicians. Performed work plans for the performance of :Metal, XLPE, EBEAM, PVC and Incoming Inspection areas with the vision of improving the KPIS of the areas with follow-up analysis and problem solving. Preparation and analysis for customer response. Current Position: Quality Manager. Responsible to 146 in head count -Customer complaints -Document control -Quality system -PVC extrusion -XLPE extrusion -Metal -Ebeam -Rewinding -Metrology Following up on compliance with the KPIS defined for the quality department. Understanding customer needs and requirements for the development of effective quality control processes. Directing and controlling the processes and activities related to quality management, as well as guiding and verifying their operation and implementation. Strategic plans for the performance, control and comfort of the area and its members. Leadership in customer audits, internal and external audits. Understanding of customer requirements for the development of effective quality control processes. Continuous review of opportunities for improvement and development of efficient and robust procedures. Communication of results and analysis of internal and external issues with interplant for standardization of processes and best practices.
