I have spent 20 years leading commercial growth in Pharma and MedTech, with full P&L ownership and accountability, go-to-market strategy, and business transformation. Earlier in my career, I advised an Executive Committee and CEO as a Senior Strategy Consultant, evaluating multi-billion EUR R&D portfolios and strategic options. At ZEISS Medical Technology and at Bayer, I have led global business units, managed cross-functional teams of 70+ people, and held commercial responsibility for portfolios in Ophthalmology, Oncology, Cardiovascular and Multiple Sclerosis. My career has focused on the point where strategy meets execution: building go-to-market models that deliver, developing workflow solutions in digital MedTech, and leading international teams through growth and transformation across Europe, Asia, and the US. Today, I lead a global team across Germany and the US, partnering closely with country organisations to drive revenue from market awareness to conversion. I am shaping the commercial setup for a major business shift from capital equipment to recurring revenue and digital services, as member of the Executive Leadership Team. I am also selectively available as Advisory Board Member for MedTech and digital health companies, especially those entering European markets or scaling commercial operations.
