Positions I have worked on: - Sales (April 2019 - October 2019): New business and Existing business for the Dutch and Spanish Market. - Engineering (November 2019 - present): Data Scientists, Back-End Engineers, Artificial Intergillence / Machine Learning Engineers. (Mid-Level, Senior and Staff Engineers). After November 2019 I helped to build the Standardization team and I helped with the hiring of the Content Understanding team.

e-Frontiers are a specialist IT Recruitment Consultancy who have been established in the Irish IT market for more than 10 years. Duties: - Handling the tasks of screening, selecting and submitting eligible engineers to fill clients’ vacancies. - Sourcing candidates through several websites and social networks such as LinkedIn, Monster´s database or Twitter. - Helping to build the company´s database, adding candidate referrals, candidate´s processes and placements, client´s contact details among others. - Responsible for developing and maintaining a good relationship with all clients of e-Frontiers. - Building a strong collaboration network with present and former candidates. - Attending meetings with clients to define their needs regarding open roles. - Performing recruitment tasks by applying the policies, rules, and procedures of e-Frontiers IT Recruitment Specialists. - Market research and analysis.
Responsible for providing support to the human resources department with an excellent analytical and administrations skills, including Social Security administration, absence levels and staff rotation control, recruiting administration support, holidays administration, health and safety assistance, preparation and distribution of payroll information, training courses administration and manage the HR database with excellent PC skills. Achievements: - I produced an organization chart of Ingenico Iberia, describing the positions and the hierarchy of the company. This tool allows all the employees to be fully aware of every role and their relations among delegations and departments. - In order to improve the process of recruitment of Ingenico Iberia, I dedicated my Master’s thesis to design a recruitment policy for this company. It included the following areas: -Identification of the company needs. -Description of the vacancy. -Applicants' recruitment. -Curriculum filtering. -Selection techniques (with specific criteria for managers). -Competencies interview. - I implemented an induction plan with an elaborate induction manual so as to help the candidate´s incorporation.
