• Serve as the first-level approver for background screening due diligence, ensuring accurate and compliant final case dispositions. • Assign and manage cases across team members, ensuring timely processing and balanced workload distribution. • Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for global onboarding processes, such as background screening, time-in-position validation, rehire eligibility, and employment of relatives. • Coordinate with stakeholders to provide updates on cases involving licensed employees, ensuring alignment with regulatory compliance requirements. • Review, update, and streamline internal processes to improve efficiency and ensure compliance with policies. OFFBOARDING Short-term Assignment • Perform quality control (QC) employee terminations in Workday to ensure data accuracy and process compliance (Philippines and Singapore). • Generate and process Separation Agreements in accordance with company policies and legal requirements (Singapore). • Oversee and manage the job absconding process, ensuring proper documentation and adherence to guidelines (Philippines). • Conduct severance calculations via EUC and ensure accurate and timely processing for separated employees (Singapore). • Perform quality control (QC) of Singapore's severance calculation via EUC.
Pioneering Team | Responsible for multiple HR Onboarding processes such as analyzing and investigating employees' adverse background check findings and securing approval for determination result. Reviewing and securing approvals of ex-employees' rehire eligibility, active employees' mobility eligibility, and employment of relatives review. Draft and improve future and current HR Onboarding's processes (Standard Operating Procedure) while onboarding and supporting new and current team members.
