There are three things that I am passionate about, human resources, marketing, and design, but what fascinates me the most is the result of these three fields combined. I studied Industrial design and then marketing, and I had the excellent opportunity to develop my career in a temporary employment agency in Colombia. From day one, my goal was to improve and expand our service offerings. I used the tools that I previously learned to reimagine the work that we were doing and put our people in the center of our business. Human resources management was the company's primary expertise. Therefore, the possibilities to improve the employee experience and employer branding were immense. I built the occupational safety and health department and used it as our value proposition to resonate and attract candidates and customers. At the same time, as a member of the management team, I oversaw the daily business operations and maintained excellent customer relationships. In 2018, I decided to start a new adventure in Germany. I did an MBA and overcame the challenges of learning a new language, integrating into a new culture, and becoming acquainted with the country's labor market. A few key business achievements: ☑ I designed and developed a system to reduced human error and saved time throughout the selection process. ☑ I improved the candidate and employee experience. ☑ I managed to avoid costly lawsuits due to labor disputes. A few notable academic achievements include: ☑ In my bachelor's degree program, I was ranked first out of 75 students. ☑ My outstanding performance in my bachelor's degree won me a scholarship. ☑ In my Master of Business Administration, I obtained a distinction.
