PhD on polymer chemistry/hybrid materials. Part of an International project called ENCIRCLE. The project consisted on the encapsulation of anisotropic inorganic particles for the development of nanostructured materials (application on membranes and high barrier films).
Elaboration of hybrid latex for the creation of coatings with reinforced mechanical, thermal and barrier properties. Synthesis and characterization of Polymer/clay and Polymer/silica hybrid latex by emulsifier-free emulsion polymerization.
Elaboration of emulsifier-free hybrid latex with Pickering stabilization for the European project NAPOLEON. The work consisted in the synthesis and characterization of polymer/Laponite clay hybrid latex.
