Fotter.com.ar was the first e-commerce in Argentina focused in shoes selling. We then opened new verticals and now, Fotter is one of the most remarkable fashion e-commerce in Argentina. I am the a Co-Founder and COO. My main contributions consisted of: Implementing strategic plans, improving critical processes to reduce costs and strengthening productivity and leading product development through a deep understanding of customer needs and articulation with UX and IT developers to deliver the right product to our customers.
Logistics Manager—Philip Morris Argentina (2007-2011) Oversee comprehensive logistics and warehousing activities to streamline merchandise flow among factory, warehouse, and clients and ensure alignment with service, quality, and safety regulations.
