Ana is a Tax Principal/Partner at SGV & Co., a member firm of Ernst & Young Global Limited, with more than 15 years experience in providing various tax services to companies. She specializes in transfer pricing (TP) particularly, the preparation of TP documentations and conduct of benchmarking studies involving domestic and cross border transactions of local and multinational companies engaged in the pharmaceutical, automotive, business process outsourcing, entertainment, gaming, electronics, steel, power and utilities, mining, food, clothing, logistics, fast moving consumer goods, manufacturing, distribution and banking and finance industries. She also assists clients in TP planning and reviewing intercompany agreements. Ana handles tax advisory work and assists clients before the local tax authority in relation to tax audit investigations, securing tax rulings and tax clearance certificates. Ana has attended and facilitated various TP and tax trainings locally and abroad. She has written and published articles on TP in BusinessWorld. Ana graduated from Ateneo de Manila University Law School. She is a lawyer who was admitted to the Philippine Bar in 2011.
