I am a communicator focused on culture, engagement, and purpose within organizations. With experience across Latin America, I craft narratives that connect people and strategy — and I believe that, when well told, they can become turning points. I have a direct profile, a forward-looking vision, and a fast decision-making approach. I enjoy structuring, challenging, and turning ideas into action. For me, communication has never been just a tool: it is listening, reading the context, and the ability to transform information into movement. I see organizational culture as something alive, made of conversations, symbols, and daily choices. My role is to mediate this flow, ensuring coherence without losing the human touch. My journey spans internal communication, culture, and storytelling in complex, multicultural environments. At Volvo do Brasil, I connected six Latin American countries through events, videos, and internal campaigns, aligning leadership and operations. Before that, at Grupo Positivo, I worked with institutional content and belonging narratives, strengthening identity and connection between people and business. My career is marked by projects that unite strategic clarity and emotional impact — because communication is only effective when it connects mind, heart, and hands.
