I work across People Operations, recruitment, HR systems, and process improvement in remote organizations. My focus has been building structure and improving how people processes run in practice — from recruitment workflows and onboarding processes to performance calibration tools, skills mapping, and HR reporting. At Palette Skills, I’ve led full-cycle recruitment and onboarding, owned HR systems data across multiple platforms, and built operational tools that improved visibility, consistency, and cross-functional collaboration across teams.
