I work across People Operations, recruitment, HR systems, and process improvement in remote organizations. My focus has been building structure and improving how people processes run in practice — from recruitment workflows and onboarding processes to performance calibration tools, skills mapping, and HR reporting. At Palette Skills, I’ve led full-cycle recruitment and onboarding, owned HR systems data across multiple platforms, and built operational tools that improved visibility, consistency, and cross-functional collaboration across teams. I also bring a strong analytical lens from my background in finance and FP&A, which shapes how I approach reporting, workforce planning, process optimization, and people data. Support People & Culture operations for a fully remote organization of about 60 employees across Canada. I work with managers and leadership across several teams to support recruitment, performance processes, and HR systems.
