I am a qualified chef and passionate hospitality professional from Australia, having relocated to the United Kingdom. Self employed as a personal chef for a number of high profile & UHNW clients both within the United Kingdom and Internationally. Previously employed as a development consultant for Greencore (international food manufacturer - specializing in convenience foods for Marks & Spencer), A Chef De Partie at the 4 rosette restaurant - Manchester House, as well as having worked within a number of 5* resorts and Luxury Lodges throughout Australia. I have a passion for food and an eye for the finer details. Understanding both as a regular traveler and employee within the hospitality industry, the importance to not just deliver but exceed expectations. My aim is to bring the excitement and creativity of a restaurant into the comfort of your own home, and to not just provide a meal but create dining experiences that will WOW.
- Employed for several temporary positions and short-term contracts throughout this period for various UHNW families. - Working closely with individuals & their executive teams to curate bespoke dining experiences. - Quickly adapting to new environments – Setting up & stocking new kitchens - Remote locations. - Providing plated & relaxed dining experiences for individuals and their guests (independently as well as having worked alongside large fully staffed households). - Catering for families with young children. - Sourcing the best Local & Organic Produce. - Catering to a variety of dietary & religious needs including- Gluten Free, Dairy Free, Kosher.
-Setting up the kitchen in the client’s various new properties. -Food preparation, Cooking, Serving & Clearing for UHNW private household. -Providing both plated & relaxed dining experiences for the client and there close family and friends (1 – 15 people (independently)). - Serving a variety of cuisines & styles (French, Mediterranean, Pan Asian, Indian) -Sourcing Local & Organic Produce / Stock requisition & control. -Regularly managing last minute requests & needs of the clients. -Catering to a variety of dietary requirements including- Gluten Free, Egg Free, Dairy Free. -Serving Breakfast, Lunch & Dinners on a daily basis.
- Food preparation, Cooking, Serving & Clean down for UHNW private household. - Providing both plated & relaxed dining experiences for the client and their close family and friends (1 – 15 people, independently). - Serving a variety of cuisines & styles (French, Mediterranean, Pan Asian, Indian) - Sourcing Local & Organic Produce / Stock requisition & control. - Catering to a variety of dietary requirements including - Paleo, Omni, Metabolic. - Daily fresh baked Artisan Breads, Cakes and Snacks. - Regularly managing last minute requests & needs of the clients. - Preparation of “lunchboxes” for the client to take with them for their day’s onset.
